FAQ

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/bank cards as well as Paypal when paying for shipping. We also accept cash at our local offices, but in Grenada you must prepay your freight online with a credit/bank card or PayPal.
  • Can you tell me more about your business?
    We do most everything online, which means you save more money and get your stuff faster. You have to create an account online. You will receive a unique US shipping address. You can then send your online shopping items to our warehouse using your unique address. When we receive your packages, we will send you an email alerting you. You can then log into your account and see the items in the package, upload your invoice, and when you're ready to ship, simply pay for shipping. You will have to pay for duties, taxes, and handling when the package arrives.
  • Is delivery available?
    Yes! On your account you can enter multiple addresses and select an address for delivery. You manage your addresses on your account page, here.
  • When should I expect my packages?
    We have twice weekly flights to Antigua, so in about 2-3 days usually. We have daily flights to Dominica and Grenada, so you can get your items as fast as 2 days. We have weekly flights to St Lucia.
  • How do I enter my unique US address?
    When entering your address either put your account number in the line labeled "Address 2" or in the "Name" line. We sort all packages based on account number (GCXXXXX), we use the name on the account as a backup.
  • Where do I find my unique address?
    Click Here to go to your account page which has your unique address. If you see the button "Fill Out Shipping Form", click this button and fill our the form to receive an account number. Addresses are formatted like the following: John Doe GCXXXXX 4654 SW 75th Ave Miami, FL 33155
  • When do I pay for shipping?
    Grenada: When we receive your items and process them, you will receive an email or WhatsApp. Simply log into your account and click "Checkout" to prepay your freight. Only after payment will your items ship. All other countries: When we receive your items and process them, you will receive an email or WhatsApp. Log into your account, upload your invoice and invoice total and select AutoShip or Consolidate. AutoShip orders will automatically ship and freight will be paid on arrival, Consolidate packages will remain on your account until you head to Checkout and pay. Only after payment is receive do we consolidate all items and ship out of our warehouse.
  • Do you accept Hazerdous Material (HAZMAT) or Dangerous Goods (DG)?
    No, we currently do not accept HAZMAT or DG items in our warehouse.
  • What is chargeable weight?
    The chargeable weight is the higher value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight. If the actual weight is greater, the chargeable weight is simply the actual weight. However, if the volumetric weight is greater, the chargeable weight will be the volumetric weight.
  • How do you calculate volumetric weight?
    Volumetric weight is a calculated weight based on the dimensions of the package. The formula for dimensional weight is: Volumetric Weight (lb) = (Length x Width x Height (inches)) / 166 For example a 12" x 12" x 12" box would have a Volumetric weight of 10.4 lbs.
